Booking with VenMax is simple: everything is discussed and confirmed directly with our team via WhatsApp or email.

Once your booking is confirmed, you pay the vehicle's refundable deposit to secure it. The balance can be paid on or before the day you collect the vehicle. Payment arrangements are agreed directly with the VenMax team.
Free vehicle delivery within all Harare areas.
This is vehicle delivery for rental customers — separate from the airport shuttle ($30 per trip).
Cancellation & Refunds
Flexible Cancellation
In the event of an emergency or change of plans, customers can cancel their rental. VenMax does not charge a cancellation fee, and the full amount paid is refunded within 3 business working days. This applies to every booking.

Rental requirements and common questions
Simple, straightforward requirements — kept easy to read so you can get on the road quickly.
Driver Age
Self-drive customers must be 25 years or older. No age limit applies when you book a VenMax chauffeur.
Driver's Licence
The driver's licence must have been held for at least 2 years.
Identification & Next of Kin
Customers provide both a valid ID and passport, plus next of kin details in case of an emergency.
Proof of Residence or Employment
Proof of residence or employment is required.
Insurance & Damage
All VenMax vehicles are insured. Minor damage that insurance doesn't cover, such as scratches, may be deducted from the deposit.
Fuel
Customers pay for fuel used during their rental and return the vehicle with the same fuel level.
Cross-Border Travel
Cross-border travel is currently not offered.
Vehicle Items
Lost vehicle items may be charged at applicable market rates.
Rental Period
Flexible rentals — discounts are available for longer hiring periods
Mileage
